We are looking for a Junior Project Manager who can support project execution, coordinate with internal creative and technical teams, manage timelines, and ensure smooth delivery of projects to clients.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Assist in managing projects from briefing to final delivery.
Understand client requirements and convert them into clear project tasks and timelines.




Prepare project trackers, schedules, task lists, and status reports.
Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
Follow up with internal teams and vendors to keep projects on track.

Client Coordination
Coordinate with clients for project requirements, feedback, approvals, and updates.
Maintain explicit and professional communication with clients throughout the project.
Schedule review meetings and ensure feedback is properly documented and communicated to the relevant teams.
Escalate project delays, scope changes, or critical issues to the Senior Project Manager.

Team Coordination
Coordinate with 3D artists, designers, video editors, developers, Unreal artists, and other creative/technical teams.
Ensure team members have the required briefs, references, assets, and information to execute their tasks.
Track revisions and ensure feedback is implemented correctly.
