Conduct Sales Presentations: Utilise your excellent communication and presentation skills to showcase our products to potential customers, highlighting their unique selling points and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Cultivate solid relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service, addressing their enquiries,



and following up on their sales enquiries in a timely manner. Maintain a database of customer information for future reference.
Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company's products, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Stay updated on product changes and enhancements to effectively communicate product updates to customers.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Share market insights with the sales team and management.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing training programs and self-directed learning. Apply new skills and knowledge to enhance sales performance and contribute to the overall growth of the sales team.
