Role Description The Human Resources Executive role at Dukaan Dost is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, and supporting payroll and benefits administration in coordination with relevant teams. The role involves fostering positive employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, and ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.



The Human Resources Executive will assist in implementing HR strategies, coordinating performance management and training initiatives, and supporting recruitment activities. The role also requires close collaboration with management to ensure compliance with labor laws and alignment of HR practices with organizational goals.
