Summary:
UST is looking for Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, and AWS to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with enterprise-grade backend systems, microservices, API-driven architectures, and AWS cloud services, along with strong software engineering and problem-solving skills.

The Opportunity:
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
Build,



integrate, and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices.
Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS services.
Design secure, resilient, highly available, and high-performing backend systems.
Apply software design patterns, clean code principles, and backend architecture best practices.
Participate in technical design, architecture discussions, and code reviews.
Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, ensuring system stability and availability.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
