We are looking for a Senior Officer – Regulatory Affairs to join our R&D; Innovation Center in Bhosari, Pune.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, revise and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS)



for substances and mixtures.
Ensure consistency between SDS classification, product labelling and composition.
Conduct regulatory assessments for current and existing products.
Support product registration and notification activities, wherever applicable.
Address customer and internal regulatory queries and coordinate with suppliers, customers, consultants and internal teams.
Support compliance with EU REACH, EU CLP/GHS, UK REACH/CLP, US TSCA, PCN Notification, OSHA HazCom, SVHC and other applicable international regulations.

Key Skills
Strong knowledge of SDS authoring and technical documentation.
Good understanding of GHS/CLP classification.
Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and conduct regulatory assessments.
Familiarity with environmental, toxicological, health and safety test protocols and their interpretation.
Strong written, verbal and analytical skills.
