The Role

We’re looking for a Packaging Development & Innovation Specialist to lead packaging development from concept through launch across LYBL’s growing portfolio of health and wellness products.

This person will own the packaging process end to end,



working across our science, brand, creative, operations, sourcing, and manufacturing partners to turn product concepts into thoughtful, functional, and beautifully executed packaging.

You won’t be the designer, but you should have a strong eye for design and consumer experience and know how to work with designers and agencies to bring the brand vision to life.

You should also bring a strong understanding of packaging formats, materials, sustainability, manufacturing, and emerging packaging innovation and be constantly looking for better ways to package and deliver our products.

What You’ll Do

Lead packaging development from initial concept through production and launch.
Partner with our science and product teams to understand each formulation, product format, usage, and packaging requirements.
Explore and recommend creative packaging formats, materials, components, and sustainable solutions.
