Experience
4–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in direct tax, preferably with a Big‑4 or reputed mid-size CA / tax advisory firm
Experience managing engagements relating to Individuals, HUFs, Partnership Firms, and LLPs

Key Responsibilities

Direct Tax Compliance & Advisory
Manage and deliver end-to-end direct tax compliance for a portfolio of PCS clients, including:
Individuals (HNIs / professionals / promoters)
HUFs
Partnership Firms and LLPs
Review and oversee preparation and filing of:
Income-tax returns
TDS/TCS returns and related compliances
Lead advance tax computations, tax provisioning, and periodic tax reviews
Provide technical tax advisory on:
Capital gains (equity, mutual funds, ESOPs, property, unlisted investments)
Investment income and tax-effective structuring
Residential status and taxability of income (including basic exposure to foreign income)
Analyze and interpret:
Stock market and investment portfolio statements
Corporate actions and their tax implications
Strong working knowledge of:
Form 26AS, AIS, and TIS
Reconciliations, mismatch analysis, and risk identification
Handle:
Online rectifications, respo
