About the Role

We are looking for a Liaisoning & Government Approvals Executive who will be responsible for managing government approvals, statutory permissions, regulatory processes, and coordination with various authorities for solar and renewable energy projects.
The candidate will also be responsible for handling GEDA portal-related activities, applications, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure timely approvals and smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage government approvals, permits, NOCs, clearances, and statutory permissions for solar and renewable energy projects.
Handle GEDA (Gujarat Energy Development Agency) portal activities, including application submission, documentation, status tracking, updates, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with GEDA, DISCOMs, government departments, local authorities, and other regulatory bodies.
Prepare and submit required documents, applications, forms, undertakings,



and supporting documents to concerned authorities.
Follow up regularly with government departments and authorities to ensure timely processing and closure of approvals.
Coordinate with internal Project, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams for required documentation and approvals.
Ensure compliance with applicable Gujarat State and Central Government regulations, policies, and guidelines.
Maintain proper records of applications, approvals, correspondence, permissions, and statutory documents.
Track approval status through MIS/Excel trackers and provide regular updates to management.
Identify and resolve issues, queries, objections, or delays related to government approvals.
Visit government offices, DISCOM offices, project sites, and other authorities whenever required.
Stay updated on changes in solar/renewable energy policies, government procedures, and approval requirements.
