Job Description
Based in India, this role has regional responsibility for HSE across APAC, supporting multiple sites and business areas.
The Regional Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)



Manager – APAC is the regional representative of the Global HSE function and a strategic business partner to Regional Leadership Teams, Business Areas and local operations. The role supports the implementation of Rotork's Global HSE strategy, governance framework and standards across the region, ensuring HSE is integrated into business decision-making and operational activities.
The role provides governance, assurance and expert support on occupational safety, process safety, environmental protection and critical risk management, while driving collaboration, best-practice sharing and continuous improvement to enhance HSE performance, compliance and organisational resilience.
What you’ll be doing
Strategic Business Partnering & Leadership
Act as the primary HSE business partner to APAC Regional Leadership Teams, Business Areas and operational leaders, providing risk-based advice and support.
