We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our corporate kitchen and bulk cooking operations, ensuring consistent food quality, hygiene, efficiency, and timely production.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end culinary operations across corporate kitchens and bulk cooking facilities.
* Plan menus, recipes, production schedules, and daily meal requirements.
* Manage and train kitchen teams, chefs, and support staff.
* Ensure consistent taste, quality, portion control, and food safety.
* Develop and implement kitchen SOPs and standardised recipes.
* Monitor food costs, wastage, inventory, and kitchen productivity.
* Coordinate with Procurement and Operations for ingredients and kitchen requirements.
* Conduct regular kitchen quality, hygiene, and safety audits.
* Drive cost optimisation, process improvements, and menu innovation.
* Support new kitchen launches and expansion of bulk cooking operations.





What We’re Looking For:

* 8–10 years of relevant culinary experience, preferably in corporate kitchens, central kitchens, institutional catering, hotels, or large-scale food production.
* Strong experience in bulk cooking and high-volume food production.
* Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
* Strong knowledge of food costing, portion control, inventory, and wastage management.
* Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
* Ability to work in a quick-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
