We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce Service Cloud & Agentforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end Salesforce solution & technical architecture
Design scalable Service Cloud, Case Management & Omni-Channel solutions
Architect Agentforce / AI-powered service experiences
Define data models, security, sharing & integration architecture
Design integrations using REST/SOAP, MuleSoft & event-driven patterns
Guide development teams on Apex, LWC, Flows & platform best practices
Drive architecture governance, technical reviews and solution sign-offs
Own performance, scalability, security, DevOps and CI/CD considerations
Collaborate with clients, architects, BAs and delivery teams
