LANDVISTA is hiring a GIN Analyst to build and maintain our village-level network of farmers, landowners, genuine sellers, dealers and trusted local sources.
Key Responsibilities
Build farmer, landowner, seller and dealer networks village-wise
Identify and qualify genuine landowners and active sellers
Conduct field visits and ground verification
Link contacts to Village → Khasra/Parcel → GIS records
Capture geo-tagged photographs, field notes and evidence
Track seller intent, expectations, documentation readiness and follow-ups
Identify disputes, encroachments, access issues and other ground risks
Maintain village contact, relationship and intelligence registers
Support GIS, territorial intelligence and mandate teams
Submit structured field intelligence and village coverage reports
First 6-Month Priority
Build a strong dealer,



farmer, landowner, seller and local-source network across priority DDA villages.
Preferred Experience
3–7+ years in land acquisition, land sourcing, field intelligence, rural operations or real estate ground research
Strong village-level relationship-building capability
Understanding of khasra, khatauni/revenue records and parcel identification
Delhi/NCR or DDA-village exposure preferred
Comfortable with extensive field travel and structured reporting
