Role Overview
Identify and onboard new publishers, affiliates, media buyers, and traffic partners.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing publishers.
● Identify recent traffic sources and publisher acquisition channels.
● Evaluate publisher quality, traffic sources, conversion potential,



and scalability.
● Negotiate payouts, commercial terms, caps, and campaign conditions.
● Coordinate with Delivery and Operations teams for smooth publisher activation.
● Monitor publisher-wise traffic, conversions, revenue, payouts, ROI, and margins.
● Identify and control fraudulent, incentivized, duplicate, or low-quality traffic.
● Identify high-performing publishers and scale their volumes based on performance.
● Resolve publisher-related tracking, payment, campaign, and operational issues.
● Maintain a healthy publisher pipeline and provide regular performance updates.
● Explore opportunities to expand into new geographies, verticals, and traffic channels.
● Work closely with internal teams to maximize publisher potential and campaign performance.
