About The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Creative & Social Media Executive to support our Creative and Marketing team.

This is not a conventional social media posting role. You will work closely with the Chief Creative Officer (CCO) and support the team across creative operations, social media management, content coordination, documentation, quality checks, research, and project tracking.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, Creative Operations, or Social Media Management.

Freshers with the right skills and attitude are encouraged to apply.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Operations

Coordinate with creative, content, video and marketing teams.
Track ongoing creative projects and their deadlines.
Maintain project trackers and work-in-progress records.
Follow up with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
Maintain organised documentation of creative workflows and projects.
Support the CCO in day-to-day creative operations.

Social Media & Content Operations





Manage the publishing calendar for YouTube and social media platforms.
Upload and schedule approved content.
Prepare titles, descriptions, captions, hashtags, metadata and playlists.
Maintain accurate content calendars and publishing records.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure content is ready for publishing.

Content Quality & QA

Review Content Before Final Approval For

Spelling and grammar
Formatting
Technical errors
Brand consistency
Content accuracy
Publishing readiness

Coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure corrections are completed.
