Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Manager – AMC & Vendor Management to manage AMC operations, Freshdesk escalations, vendor coordination, and service delivery across all Physics Wallah centers. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SLA management, vendor billing, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage end-to-end AMC operations across multiple centers
✅ Monitor and ensure timely closure of Freshdesk tickets within SLA
✅ Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for preventive maintenance & breakdown resolution
✅ Handle escalations and drive quick resolution with minimum TAT

✅ Manage AMCs for:
Air Conditioning Systems (VRV & Non-VRV)
RO Systems
Passenger Lifts

✅ Coordinate with leading OEMs:
AC: Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG
Lifts: Johnson, Otis, KONE
RO: Aquaguard





✅ Monitor vendor performance and SLA compliance
✅ Verify vendor invoices, coordinate PO processing, and support payment releases
✅ Prepare MIS reports covering ticket status, SLA compliance, ageing, vendor performance, and billing
✅ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted operations across all centers

What We're Looking For
✔ 5–6 years of experience in Facility Management, AMC Operations, Vendor Management, or Administration
✔ Strong knowledge of AMC lifecycle, SLA management, and escalation handling
✔ Hands-on experience with Freshdesk or similar ticketing platforms
✔ Experience managing OEMs and multi-location facility operations
✔ Expertise in vendor billing, invoice verification, and payment coordination
✔ Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills
✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
✔ High ownership mindset with robust execution capabilities
