Role Description The Senior Salesforce Developer is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that support DiggyPOD’s self-publishing and book printing operations.



This role involves translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures, customizing Salesforce objects, flows, and integrations, and optimizing existing configurations for performance and usability. The Senior Salesforce Developer will collaborate closely with product, operations, and customer support teams to improve workflows such as order management, customer onboarding, and author engagement. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations, as well as managing deployments, testing changes, and ensuring data integrity and security. The role also includes mentoring other team members, contributing to technical standards, and proactively proposing enhancements that improve efficiency and author experience.
