Job Title: Senior Life Insurance Sales
Location: Guindy, Chennai
Experience: 5–10 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Meet prospective and existing customers on a regular basis to achieve Life Insurance sales targets and drive business growth.
Generate new business through customer acquisition, referrals, and relationship-based selling.




Manage and grow the renewal portfolio by ensuring timely customer engagement and policy persistency.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to policy issuance and post-sales servicing.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Life Insurance solutions, including Protection, Savings, Retirement, and Investment products.
Drive cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the existing customer base while generating quality referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Follow up diligently on leads, quotations, and customer queries to maximize conversions.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and insurance partners to ensure seamless policy issuance and servicing.
