About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, confident Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive B2B lead generation and outbound sales for our SaaS products, BriefingIQ and EventIQ.
This is a hands-on inside sales and business development role. The ideal candidate must be comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day, sending targeted email campaigns, following up with prospects, maintaining accurate CRM data, and consistently creating new sales opportunities.
This is not a passive marketing role. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, is not afraid of cold calling, and is motivated by generating meetings and business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales & Cold Calling
Make approximately 50+ outbound B2B calls per day to prospects in the United States.
Conduct cold calls confidently with executives, managers, and business decision-makers.




Introduce BriefingIQ and EventIQ and clearly communicate their business value.
Identify prospect needs, qualify opportunities, and schedule product demonstrations.
Follow up consistently with prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Maintain a strong daily activity level and meet defined calling, meeting, and pipeline targets.
Email Campaigns & Lead Generation
Create and execute targeted B2B email campaigns.
Develop personalized outreach messages based on prospect roles, industries, and business needs.
Manage follow-up sequences and track responses.
Research companies and identify relevant decision-makers and influencers.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales meetings.
Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns, messaging, and lead-generation activities.
CRM Management
Maintain accurate prospect and customer information in the CRM.
