Structural Engineer - Job Description
Position: Structural Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Perform structural analysis and design calculations for various structural systems, including steel, masonry, wood, and concrete structures.
Prepare engineering calculations and ensure designs comply with applicable US codes and standards.
Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and verify structural drawings for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Assist the Lead Structural Engineer in developing project scopes, engineering solutions, and technical documentation.
Manage projects from the design stage through city approvals, bidding, construction documentation, and construction administration.
Follow the company's engineering standards, procedures, and working protocols.
Provide technical support and contribute to the successful delivery of multiple projects while meeting established deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural engineering.




Strong knowledge of structural design and analysis software, including Mathcad, RISA, TEDDS, and Enercalc.
Excellent theoretical and technical knowledge of structural engineering principles.
Strong understanding of structural drawing review and checking.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
Ability to work independently and develop practical engineering solutions.
US Projects working experience is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering (required).
Master's degree in Structural Engineering (preferred).
Work Schedule
Full-time position.
Day shift.
Monday to Friday.
Salary
₹35,000 to ₹40,000 per month.
