Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management & Optimisation
Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Monitor performance, adjust campaigns, and improve ROI/lead generation.

2. Google Ads Management
Strong understanding of keyword match types (exact, phrase, broad).
Conduct regular search term audits for new opportunities and negatives.
Improve ad relevance and Quality Score (ad copy, landing pages, Page Speed Insights).

3. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
Build and manage audience types (core, custom,



lookalike).
Contribute creative ideas for ad copy and visuals for brand awareness, lead generation, and sales campaigns.

4. LinkedIn Ads
Set up and manage campaigns targeting professional demographics.
Develop and implement LinkedIn audience targeting strategies.

5. Collaboration & Learning
Work with Paid Media, SEO, Content, and Design teams to create integrated strategies.
Support ad copy, landing page recommendations, and A/B testing plans.
Interpret performance reports and recommend campaign optimisations.

6. Reporting & Communication
Analyse campaign data and extract actionable insights.
Prepare explicit performance reports and presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
Participate in client calls and internal reviews to understand goals and share performance updates.

What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of Google Ads campaign management experience
Strong knowledge of CPC, CTR, ROAS, conv
