About Us

APAC Sourcing & Services is a global sourcing, exports and CDMO company. We are expanding into the digital catalogue and e-commerce space and are looking for a technically skilled E-Commerce Portal Executive to manage and grow our online platform in close coordination with our web development team.
Role Overview

You will own the day-to-day operation of our e-commerce portal and digital catalogue — managing product listings, ensuring a smooth user experience, and acting as the bridge between business requirements and the web developer. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable with both the technical and operational sides of an online platform.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, update and maintain the e-commerce portal, product catalogue and digital listings (descriptions, images, pricing, specifications).
Coordinate closely with the web developer to implement features, fix issues and roll out enhancements.




Oversee catalogue accuracy, categorisation, SEO metadata and content quality.
Monitor portal performance, uptime, and user experience; troubleshoot and escalate technical issues.
Manage back-end operations such as order flow, inventory sync, and integrations (payment gateways, logistics, CRM/ERP).
Track analytics (traffic, conversions, bounce rates) and prepare performance reports.
Support digital marketing and lead-generation activities tied to the portal.
Ensure data integrity, security compliance and adherence to export/trade documentation where applicable.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, E-Commerce, Business or a related field.
2–5 years of experience managing an e-commerce portal or digital catalogue.
Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Magento ( preferred), Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom-built portals).
Working knowledge of HTML,
