About the Role
We are looking for a creative, social-media-savvy Social Media & Reels Strategist who understands what makes people stop scrolling.
You should live on Instagram, spot trends early, understand hooks and retention, and have a strong eye for fashion, jewelry, beauty and lifestyle content.
Our content team will provide the raw content. Your role is to turn that content into engaging, relevant and high-performing Reels and social media content.
What You’ll Do




Develop and execute Instagram & Reels strategy for both brands
Identify relevant trends, audios, formats, hooks and editing styles
Review raw content and turn one shoot into multiple Reel ideas
Conceptualise hooks, storytelling and opening frames
Edit Reels yourself using tools
Work closely with the content, creative and marketing teams
Maintain a premium, luxury brand aesthetic while staying culturally relevant
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of Social media platform and short-form video
Excellent sense of trends, hooks and viewer retention
Hands-on Reel editing skills
Robust creative and visual sense
Ability to turn raw footage into multiple content ideas
Creative, curious and constantly experimenting
Tools you should be good at : Instagram Edits, Canva, VN, Claude, Capcut, Gemini, ChatGPT
