Own the money side of a global travel business.

Every Pickyourtrail trip touch supplier in 30+ countries - hotels in the Maldives, DMCs in Europe, transport partners in Bali - and gets settled across USD, EUR, GBP, AED, and SGD. Someone has to decide when we pay, in what currency, at what rate, through which credit line, and with what surplus deployed where. That someone is you.

This role spans the full stack: supplier credit strategy, forex calls, and working capital decisions that show up directly in the P&L; - built on top of a payables operation you'll run with precision and progressively automate. You'll present to leadership monthly and see your decisions reflected in company margins within the same quarter.

What You'll Own

1. Supplier Finance & Credit Strategy

• Key supplier partnerships - Own commercial finance relationships with our top global suppliers - hotels, DMCs, transport and experience partners - as their single point of contact for everything money.




• Credit line design - Negotiate and extend credit terms with strategic suppliers; structure prepayment vs credit trade-offs that free up working capital.
• Payment strategy - Design the payment calendar that balances supplier trust, liquidity, and forex timing - deciding not just when we pay, but why then.

2. Treasury Strategy

• Forex management - Manage multi-currency exposure across USD, EUR, GBP, SGD, AED - track rate movements, time settlements, and negotiate rates directly with bank treasury desks.
• Working capital architecture - Own the company's working capital model - the interplay of customer collections, supplier payments, and credit facilities that determines how much cash the business needs.
• Credit facilities - Manage banking relationships and credit facilities; evaluate and structure recent lines (overdraft, bill discounting, supplier financing) as the business scales.
• Investment of surplus - Deploy surplus funds into high-yield short-term instruments; build the surplus deployment
