Role Description This is a full-time, in office Relationship Manager role based all over Tamil Nadu. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, agents,



and channel partners to drive health insurance business growth. Daily responsibilities include explaining insurance products and benefits, assisting customers with policy selection and renewal, and providing proactive support for claims and service-related queries. The role involves liaising with branch and operations teams, ensuring timely documentation and policy issuance, and supporting marketing and sales activities in the local market. The Relationship Manager is expected to uphold high standards of customer experience and contribute to branch targets through effective engagement and follow-up.
