About the Team
The Lending Business team at Navi drives the overall strategy and performance of our loan offerings, including Cash Loans and Home Loans. The team is responsible for growth, customer acquisition, app journey conversions, communication strategy, pricing, fees, product compliance, and P&L; ownership. The team ensures every lever is optimized to build accessible, scalable, and high-performing lending products.
Specifically, the Growth team within the Cash Loans Business is responsible for driving customer engagement and conversion, resulting in revenue growth.

About the Role
You'll drive growth for Navi's Cash Loans business—boosting engagement, conversion, and revenue through smart customer segmentation, end-to-end CRM journeys (WhatsApp, RCS, Push, SMS), and rigorous A/B experimentation. You'll work closely with Product, Analytics, and Tech,



and turn customer insights into improvements that make every outreach relevant and useful.

What We Expect From You
A customer-first mindset - you understand customer pain points, behaviour deeply enough to craft messaging and campaigns that feel relevant, clear, and persuasive to Navi's cash loans audience.
Strategic thinking - you segment customers into meaningful cohorts, identify high-impact growth opportunities
Experimentation with analytical rigour - you design and run growth experiments across copy, channel, timing, and audience variables; analyse results, interpret what drove the outcome, and translate findings into actionable improvements that lift conversion and revenue.
Manage End-to-End CRM User Flows - Build, and scale automated customer communication journeys on high-impact CRM channels- including WhatsApp, RCS, Push Notifications, and SMS - to guide users seamlessly through their journey.
