Key Responsibilities

Provide advice on product labels, marketing initiatives, advertising, product communication, promotions etc.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and commercial documents.
Advising on day-to-day operational and business issues and on compliance with applicable laws
Coordinating with business and other teams to obtain necessary information and documents on behalf of the Legal team.
Drafting legal notice and replies, power of attorneys, affidavits.
Assisting in industry association related work.
Assisting in knowledge management including updating legal databases

Qualifications & Key Skills

Graduate / Post-Graduate in Law
Ability to work in a collaborative manner
Attention to detail




Critical thinking with a strong desire to learn
Good drafting and analytical skills, commercial acumen, and time-sensitivity.
Positive written and spoken communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
