We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth through new customer acquisition, account management, and solution-based selling. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing key client relationships, preparing commercial proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
* Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers aligned with customer requirements.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and collections.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to regional revenue growth.
* Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide periodic MIS and forecast reports.




* Coordinate with technical, operations, and support teams for seamless project delivery.
* Support tender submissions, documentation, and contract-related activities.

Desired Profile

* Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline.
* 6–10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Experience in handling enterprise customers and solution-based sales.
* Working knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and MS Office applications.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with exposure to Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, Software, Technology, BIM, CAD, GIS, Project Management, or Digital Transformation solutions will be preferred.
