Sodexo India Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Facility Manager – Soft Services to manage end-to-end soft service operations and ensure excellent service delivery at the site.

? Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end housekeeping operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Supervise soft services including housekeeping, security, pest control, landscaping, and waste management.
Coordinate with vendors and service partners for smooth facility operations.
Conduct regular inspections and monitor service quality as per client expectations.




Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, fire regulations, and emergency protocols.
Manage manpower planning, attendance, grooming, training, and performance of housekeeping teams.
Handle office administration, utility bills, inventory, consumables, and vendor documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and support audits.
Coordinate preventive maintenance activities with technical teams.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
? Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality, or any relevant discipline.
? Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong experience in housekeeping and soft services management.
Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
Solid leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
Good knowledge of safety regulations, statutory compliance, and facility operations.
