Role Description The Fiber Laser Manufacturing Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kishangarh. This role is responsible for overseeing the design, setup, and optimization of fiber laser-based manufacturing processes, ensuring consistent quality, safety,



and throughput. Day-to-day tasks include developing and validating process parameters, collaborating with mechanical and industrial engineers on equipment layouts, and supporting machining operations that integrate fiber laser systems. The engineer will troubleshoot production issues, implement continuous improvements, document standard operating procedures, and coordinate with cross-functional teams such as maintenance, quality, and production planning. The role also involves evaluating new technologies, supporting equipment procurement and installation, and training shop-floor personnel on fiber laser workflows and best practices.
