About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP Implementation Consultant / SAP Advisor to support and guide our organization through its SAP implementation journey.

This is a hands-on advisory and implementation leadership role suited for a seasoned SAP professional who has personally led or played a key role in implementing SAP within an organization, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

The ideal candidate may be a senior/retired SAP qualified, former CIO/IT Head, SAP Program Manager, SAP Implementation Head, or experienced SAP consultant who is looking for a meaningful fixed-term consulting assignment.

The engagement is expected to be for 1–2 years, depending on the progress and requirements of the SAP implementation.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP Implementation Leadership

Provide end-to-end guidance for the organisation's SAP implementation.




Lead and oversee the SAP implementation roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Bring practical experience from previous SAP implementation projects and guide the organization on what works and what potential challenges to avoid.
Review the implementation approach, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
Identify implementation risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

2. Business Process & SAP Assessment

Understand existing business processes across functions and identify areas for SAP enablement and improvement.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Review current processes and recommend opportunities for standardization, automation and process optimization.
Ensure that SAP implementation is aligned with actual business requirements rather than unnecessary customization.
