About the Role
The Merchandiser will support export merchandising activities, including buyer coordination, sample development, costing, order execution, production follow-up, and timely shipment. The role involves coordinating with buyers and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and effective communication throughout the merchandising process.

Responsibilities
Coordinate with buyers and internal teams for sampling and order requirements
Support sample development and follow up on sample approvals
Assist in costing and preparation of order-related information
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and other internal teams for order execution
Follow up on production progress and ensure timely completion of orders




Maintain regular communication with buyers regarding order status and requirements
Assist in tracking fabrics, trims, samples, and other order-related activities
Maintain merchandising records, reports, and order-related documentation
Support timely shipment and delivery of export orders
Identify delays or issues and escalate them to the reporting manager
Ensure customer requirements are communicated and followed throughout the order cycle

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
0–2 years of relevant experience in Merchandising, preferably in Garment or Textile Manufacturing
Freshers with relevant academic knowledge or internship experience may also be considered

Required Skills
Basic understanding of garment manufacturing and export merchandising processes
Basic knowledge of costing, sampling, and order execution
Valuable communication and buyer coordination skills
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Good
