Role Description The Floor Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the C V Raman Academy campus in Madurai. This role is responsible for overseeing daily floor operations, including managing classroom readiness, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth movement of students and staff. The Floor Manager will monitor student flow, address queries, support faculty with logistical needs, and help maintain a safe, orderly, and supportive environment.



The role includes handling parent interactions related to operational matters, resolving routine issues, and ensuring that service standards and academic processes are consistently followed. The Floor Manager will also collaborate with management to implement operational improvements and support training and orientation for frontline staff.
