Role Overview
This is a high-responsibility, multi-faceted leadership role. The ideal candidate will look beyond drawing production to take ownership of the entire project lifecycle—balancing core design delivery with client relations, business development, financial tracking, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
· Design & Production: Develop cutting-edge design concepts, presentations, and detailed working drawings for large-scale housing projects.
· Business Development & Client Management: Lead client interactions, maintain project relations, and actively identify growth/BD opportunities.
· Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, track resource allocation, and oversee project financial flows.
· Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build, scale, and manage the in-house team; guide and groom junior architects.
· Consultant Coordination: Direct, manage, and extract high-quality, timely deliverables from external MEP, structural, and specialized consultants.
· Site Supervision: Conduct critical site visits to ensure construction accurately matches design intent, quality standards,



and building codes.
Qualifications & Skills
· Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or Master of Architecture (M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
· Experience: 5 to 8 years of solid professional experience in an architectural firm with a proven track record in core building architecture/housing projects.
· Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Lumion.
· Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and Indian building codes (NBC).
· Portfolio Requirement: A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, technical proficiency, and structural conceptual clarity is mandatory.
