We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to manage end-to-end human resource operations and support strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR operations, payroll processing, HRMS administration, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, and employee engagement. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes and policies.
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time in coordination with finance or external payroll partners.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, leave management, and labor laws.
Administer and maintain the HRMS, ensuring accurate employee records, system updates, and report generation.
Manage attendance, leave,



and employee data through the HRMS.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards related to headcount, attrition, payroll, attendance, and other HR metrics.
Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and HR systems.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and support performance management processes.
Maintain HR documentation, personnel files, and confidential employee records.
Assist in policy formulation, implementation, and continuous process improvement.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure productive HR service delivery.
Support HR audits and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
