About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Trade Marketing Manager to drive in-market execution, channel activation, and shopper engagement initiatives. The role will be responsible for translating brand and business objectives into effective trade marketing programs that enhance visibility, drive sales, and strengthen channel partnerships.
The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG, consumer products, retail, e-commerce, or related sectors, with a strong understanding of channel marketing, promotions, and market execution.

Key Responsibilities
Trade Marketing & Channel Activation
Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales objectives.
Design and implement channel-specific promotions, campaigns, and activation programs.
Drive visibility initiatives across up-to-date trade, general trade, and exclusive outlet channels.
Ensure effective execution of in-store branding, POSM deployment,



and merchandising activities.
Sales Enablement
Partner with sales teams to improve market penetration and drive category growth.
Support product launches with channel-specific activation plans.
Develop sales toolkits, promotional materials, and communication assets for field teams.
Shopper Insights & Category Management
Analyse shopper behaviour, category trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations for channel/customer segmentation and assortment optimisation.
Lead planogram development in collaboration with key retail partners.
Promotions & Activation
Design, deploy, and evaluate trade promotions (price, in-store activations, display drives, loyalty schemes) in line with brand guidelines and ROI thresholds
Own the development of Point-of-Purchase (POP) and Point-of-Sale (POS) materials from briefing through execution
Manage sell-in
