Role Description The Assistant Professor of Pharmacy will be responsible for delivering lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials in core and elective pharmacy subjects to undergraduate and postgraduate learners. This full-time,



on-site role located in Jalandhar I includes designing course materials, preparing lesson plans, and aligning teaching with regulatory and accreditation requirements. The position involves guiding learners in laboratory work, supervising projects, mentoring on academic and career development, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance. The Assistant Professor will participate in academic administration, contribute to curriculum development, engage in scholarly activities and research, and collaborate with colleagues on departmental initiatives, seminars, and outreach programs.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in pharmaceutical sciences, including areas such as pharmacology, pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical chemistry, and clinical pharmacy.
Demonstrated teaching abilities, including classroom instruction, lab facilitation, learner assessment, and use of diverse pedagogical methods.
