Role Description The BIM Coordinator — MEPF is a full-time, in office role based in Mangaluru. This position is responsible for coordinating BIM models for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEPF) systems across multidisciplinary project teams.



Day-to-day tasks include managing federated BIM models, reviewing clash detections, ensuring model quality and compliance with project standards, and integrating MEPF designs with architectural and structural models. The role involves collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and project managers, preparing model-based documentation, and supporting 4D/5D workflows for scheduling and quantity take-offs. The BIM Coordinator also contributes to process improvement, template development, and the adoption of best practices in BIM execution.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM), including experience with common BIM platforms and standards.
