Academic & Teaching Responsibilities

Teach core and elective courses in Finance, Accountancy, Audit, Taxation, and Management at the undergraduate (BBA).
Ensure effective delivery of theory and practical courses through creative teaching methodologies.
Enhance classroom engagement by using multimedia tools, digital platforms, PowerPoint presentations, videos, and case studies.
Prepare detailed teaching plans well in advance, including:
Lecture schedules and topics
Assignments, tests, and assessments
Demonstrations, presentations, and screenings
Communicate course plans and academic schedules clearly to students at the beginning of the term.
Mentor and guide students academically and professionally.
Institutional & Event Responsibilities
Actively participate in and provide full support for organizing:
Seminars, workshops, guest lectures
Conferences, FDPs, student activities, and campus events




Promote a culture of academic excellence, discipline, and professional ethics.

Requirements

Technical & Software Requirements
Strong computer proficiency (theoretical and practical).
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Financial and Accounting Software tools/modules is preferred.
Familiarity with G Suite / Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Classroom, Drive, etc.).
