Role Description The Video Editor role at DigiPlus Agency is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruchirappalli. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished video content, including cutting, sequencing, adding transitions, and refining audio. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with creative and marketing teams to understand project objectives, applying color correction and grading, incorporating motion graphics and visual effects, and ensuring brand consistency across all video assets. The role also involves preparing videos for various platforms,



managing project timelines, and maintaining an organized archive of video files and assets.
Qualifications
Ability to manage end-to-end Video Production, including planning, shooting collaboration, and post-production workflows.
Strong proficiency in Video Editing using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
Experience with Video Color Grading to enhance visual quality and maintain consistent look and feel across projects.
Skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, lower-thirds, and visual elements.
Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling abilities, and understanding of pacing and composition.
Ability to work on-site in Tiruchirappalli, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Positive communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with creative, marketing, and client-facing teams.
