Position Summary:
The India Account Manager is accountable for the successful execution of the OpenAI Master Trainer Programme across India, in support of one of the world’s most influential AI companies. Based in a major Indian metro, this role leads and supports a distributed cohort of up to twenty OpenAI Master Trainers located across Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi NCR and Bengaluru.

Acting as the bridge between global programme strategy and in-country execution, the Account Manager ensures that training delivery, trainer performance, workforce management, compliance and stakeholder engagement are all aligned to OpenAI’s programme objectives. Given the scale of the India cohort and its spread across five major hubs — with trainers engaged through Employer of Record arrangements — the role carries significant people-leadership,



operational and compliance responsibility.

Working closely with the Global Programme Director and cross-functional support teams, this individual delivers a consistent, high-quality programme experience while adapting execution to the specific commercial, cultural and regulatory needs of the Indian market.

Programme Leadership:

• Own end-to-end delivery of the OpenAI Master Trainer Programme across India, ensuring alignment to client objectives, partner priorities and global programme standards.
• Drive consistency of execution across all five hubs while adapting delivery to local business, cultural and market requirements.
• Identify opportunities, risks and growth initiatives, and translate them into actionable plans.
• Provide ongoing recommendations to improve operational efficiency, trainer impact and overall programme performance.
