Role Description The Patient Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi, responsible for guiding patients through their experience at the clinic. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming patients, managing check-in and check-out processes, and supporting reception desk operations. The Patient Coordinator will answer phone and in-person inquiries, provide explicit information about services and procedures,



and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow. Candidates should possess strong Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills for interacting with patients and staff.

Candidates should possess experience with Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties in a clinic or similar customer-facing environment.

Candidates should possess familiarity with Medical Terminology to support accurate communication and coordination with clinical teams.

Prior experience in a healthcare, aesthetics, or hospitality setting is beneficial.

Proficiency with basic computer applications and clinic management software is an advantage.
