We are hiring B.Sc / Diploma in Agriculture graduates fluent in Assamese to join our inside sales team as Agri Advisors.



You will speak with farmers from Assam over phone calls in Assamese, understand their crop (including tea and horticulture), pest, and disease problems, recommend the right products, help them place orders, and convert enquiries into sales.

Handle inbound and outbound farmer calls in Assamese (and Hindi where needed)

Understand crop issues and advise suitable products

Guide farmers in placing orders over the call

Achieve monthly sales targets through consultative selling

Follow up on leads and pending orders over phone calls

Maintain call, lead, and order records in the CRM

B.Sc / Diploma in Agriculture (freshers welcome)
