The Senior Sales Manager – Interior Sales is responsible for driving sales growth, leading the interior sales team, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. The role involves handling high-value clients, managing sales operations, coordinating with the design and execution teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from inquiry to project handover.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate new business through referrals, corporate tie-ups, channel partners, architects, builders, and digital leads.
Identify current market opportunities for residential, commercial, and modular interior projects.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the interior sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Allocate leads and monitor daily sales activities.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training.




Ensure adherence to company sales processes and customer service standards.
Client Relationship Management
Meet prospective clients to understand their interior design requirements, budget, and project timelines.
Present design concepts, quotations, and project proposals.

Coordination
Coordinate with the Interior Design, Estimation, Production, Procurement, and Project Execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure design proposals align with customer expectations and company standards.
Monitor project progress to maintain customer satisfaction.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
