Role - Sales Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help drive business growth.

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end sales process, including preparing quotes, proposals,



and sales agreements

Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate client and pipeline information

Prepare detailed sales reports, dashboards, and performance trackers using advanced MS Excel

Manage sales calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate follow-ups across the team

Monitor sales targets and compile weekly/monthly performance summaries for management

Handle inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and route them to the appropriate sales representatives

Support the team with market research, competitor analysis, and data compilation

1–3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role

~ Expert-level proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), this is non-negotiable
