The Senior Global Technical Salesforce Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that align with the company's global business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, solid technical leadership, and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in Salesforce architecture and design and will be able to drive innovation while ensuring system reliability and performance.

In addition to technical leadership, the architect will bring significant industry knowledge as well as solution options, communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders, and facilitate workshops to educate on Salesforce capabilities. They will also troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, collaborate with development teams and Salesforce support, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Regular reporting on project status and performance will also be part of their responsibilities.





Lead and oversee technical architecture and design sessions; develop comprehensive technical solutions aligned with business goals.
Assess current Salesforce implementations, architecture, and processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, data migration strategies, and Salesforce CPQ.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client engagements; provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization exercises to maintain high standards of code quality and scalability.
