Role
Identify and generate new business opportunities for Salesforce products and services.
Contact potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Salesforce solutions.
Conduct product/service presentations and explain the business benefits of Salesforce.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
Follow up with leads and prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the Salesforce consulting, technical, and implementation teams to understand project requirements.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.
Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue.




Participate in client meetings, business discussions, and sales demonstrations.
Stay updated on Salesforce products, CRM trends, and competitor offerings.
Key Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Lead generation and client relationship management.
Basic understanding of CRM and Salesforce solutions.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
Good presentation and convincing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Experience & Joining Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required.
