As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will have the opportunity to recruit for various areas, across different locations in India, and for simultaneous roles. You’ll work with internal and external candidates,



while also contributing to global Talent Acquisition projects and collaborating with colleagues across different regions. In this role, you will partner with our leaders - hiring managers & People Operations Business Partners - to understand the company's culture, current and future hiring needs. You’ll identify potential talent sources, develop strategies to attract the best candidates and ensure a smooth and engaging hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Tools and processes: Utilize tools and processes in recruitment with full independence. Stay up-to-date with recruitment technologies and leverage them to enhance the user experience. Proactively propose improvements to processes and practices. Familiar with POP processes outside of Talent Acquisition domain.
Recruitment process: Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process (including Job Requirement Analysis, Candidate Sourcing and Screening, Interview Process, Offer Management, Background Check) on prio
