You already know which of your submissions were real and which ones were volume. We are hiring for the first kind.
You own a requirement from the first conversation with the client's hiring manager to the day the consultant starts. We need someone who can carry that alone: understand what the role actually needs, and find alignment across every dimension, not just the technical stack.

THE JOB

You own requirements end to end. A client opens a role, and it becomes yours until someone is onboarded. That means understanding the requirement well enough to answer a candidate's questions, building a pipeline, screening properly, and staying with the candidate through submission, interview, offer, and start date.

Two conversations decide whether that works.

The first is with the client hiring manager, where you are after the real need behind the written requirement:



what the technical skills actually are, what gaps they keep seeing in the resumes they reject, what soft skills the role really needs, and what makes someone a fit for this particular team.
The second is with the candidate, and we mean an actual conversation, not a confirmation call. By the time you submit someone, you should have talked to them properly enough to answer four things. How deep does their experience really go. Is what they are telling you true. Do their career aspirations line up with where this role goes. And is this a match on both sides, theirs as much as ours.
Follow what they are telling you, notice what they are avoiding, and ask the second and third question rather than accepting the first answer. The gap between a strong resume and a solid consultant usually shows up there.
