Tender Executive – Government & Private Tenders
Location: Tilak Nagar, Current Delhi (a short walk from the Tilak Nagar metro station)
Experience: 2+ Years
CTC: upto 3 lpa (Depend on the interview)

Role About
We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive who can manage the complete tendering process for government and private sector opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify relevant government and private tenders from portals such as GeM, CPPP, State e-Procurement portals, and other tender platforms.

- Handle the complete end-to-end tender process, including bid preparation, documentation, and submission.

- Prepare technical bids and financial bids as per tender requirements.

- Review tender eligibility criteria, scope of work, and compliance requirements.

- Coordinate with internal departments for documents, certifications, and approvals.

- Manage tender-related documentation such as EMD, PBG, work orders, and agreements.

- Track tender status, results, and follow-ups with departments.

- Maintain a database of submitted tenders, results, and upcoming opportunities.

- Ensure all tender submissions are completed accurately and before deadlines.

Required Skills
- Experience in Government Tender Handling

- Knowledge of GeM Portal, CPPP, and e-Procurement portals

- Strong documentation and compliance management

- Good understanding of technical and financial bid preparation

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PDF documentation

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Management / Any Graduate
