We are looking for an energetic, locally connected and execution-oriented professional to help grow iKure’s presence in Jamshedpur and the surrounding industrial belt.
Role OverviewThe role will be primarily sales and business development focused, with responsibility for building corporate and institutional business while also supporting the growth and smooth functioning of iKure’s clinics and healthcare operations in the region.
The person will be expected to spend significant time in the market—meeting companies, industries, MSMEs, institutions,



doctors and potential partners—and converting these relationships into sustainable business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities1. Corporate & B2B Business Development
- Identify and develop business opportunities with corporates, industries, factories, MSMEs, institutions and other organizations in and around Jamshedpur.
- Build relationships with HR, Admin, CSR, EHS/OHS, Medical and senior management teams.
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, make presentations and follow opportunities through to closure.
- Develop business for services such as:
- Employee health screening and health camps
- Preventive and occupational health programmes
- Diabetes and NCD management
- Annual health programmes
- Corporate clinic and healthcare services
- Digital health and technology-enabled healthcare solutions
- Build and actively manage a solid local sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers and follow-up plans in coordination with the central team.
